AI and business process automation

FSS builds solutions that turn documents, photos of handwritten notes and exports into a usable work history. Staff can ask AI questions about that information and check the original records.

Take a photo instead of retyping.

Avoid retyping and searching manually. We turn notes into a shared history you can query with AI: what was done, what was replaced and what it cost.

When it helps
Staff re-enter notes, combine documents or manually search the history of completed work.
What you receive
A solution for one business process: information joins a shared history that can be checked and queried through AI.
What we need from you
One sample document, a description of the current process and someone to check the result.
Example result

What work was done on this car?

Brake pad replacement; work, parts and expenses in one history.

Where this comes from

A checked photograph of a job sheet.

Next step

Open the original record, check the details and answer the customer without a manual search.

Illustration using fictional data. The solution depends on your task.

What the work includes

  • Reviewing the process and selecting what to automate.
  • Extracting or importing data and checking unclear fields.
  • Setting up search, answers and access to original records.
How it works, step by step

Before you start

What changes for an employee?

For example, a mechanic photographs a completed worksheet, checks the extracted data and saves it. A manager can later ask what was done to the vehicle, which parts were fitted and what costs were recorded. We adapt the process to your work.

Can AI answers be trusted without checking?

Answers should connect to source records. Uncertain recognition needs review, and important decisions stay with a responsible employee. The first stage tests a selected process using your examples.

FSS (Fevralov Strategy Systems), SIA FLEXLAB, Riga, Latvia. We help companies find B2B customers and build solutions for working with business data.

Start by defining one task.

You do not need a technical brief. Start with what gets in the way and what a useful result would look like.

  1. You explain

What you sell or how the process works, what you have tried and what you want to improve.

  2. We propose a first stage

We define the scope, necessary data, your involvement and a result that can be checked.

  3. We agree and deliver

Terms are agreed before work starts. We review what is complete and what is worth developing.

Before starting, we agree on timing, handover, access and ongoing support. The scope depends on your task.
